I’ve had the iPad Air for the better part of 5 years, and have had this same case on it since day one. When I got the new iPad Pro, I didn’t bother shopping around for cases. I’ve been so beyond satisfied with the first one I purchased, that I knew I wanted the exact same one for my new iPad. If you’re looking for a high quality, minimal case, look no further. You will not find a better case for the price. In the years I’ve spent with the first one, I’ve never found myself wishing I had purchased something else. You get the same premium look and feel of the Apple folio case (which mind you, is 4x the price of this one) with the added benefit of the magnetic clasp that helps keep the pencil securely in place. Keep in mind that this is a borderless case, so don’t expect any sort of drop protection; but if like me, you use the iPad for work, school, or casual media viewing at home, this is a great case that will protect your investment from the day to day wear and tear of setting it down, transporting it in your bag etcetera. The magnets are strong, and it’s very steady when used as a stand. I often use sidecar with my iPad to extend the screen of my MacBook, and this case pairs great with that. The material feels great in the hands too. My original case (shown in the pictures) stood the test of time well. There is no part of it that has degraded or come apart in any way.
