Stuffing the extra tourniquets in the pouches makes them incredibly hard to remove, especially if you use the the SOFTT and not a CAT.I've since ditched the internal pouches and use the carrier to house my ATS Low Profile Medical Insert, I put scissors in one of the TQ pockets and chemlights in the other TQ pocket. Buy a little gadsen and Culpeper first aid cross patch, through on there, and you'll be sitting pretty. But in the end, i paid 75$ for this. 75$! For a package that holds very few items. However, the design is perfect for a vest out any other gear... despite the cost, if you have the money to blow on it BUY IT.
