Candida Support, Caprylic acid, one of each with every meal. Digestive enzymes at the end of meal. Probiotics 5 between meals. Fiber product once a day in evening. General enzymes 5 once or twice a day by an hour away from food. Diet, no milk, bread, cheese, carbonated soda. Check urine ph. first thing in morning before food or drink.
