Colors show up more mildly than comparable products, which I appreciate. Loved the color theory education and samples. My favorite coloring book for those reasons. My favorite marker to use on this particular paper is the Sharpie s-note. Bright ohuhu alcohol markers do well also. I wish there was better variety of artwork. Some pages are amazing and others are more meh. The doodles themselves are repetitive. Would have liked to see a learn to doodle component in there somewhere. Would have liked to see all pages and designs with a sample palette to follow. They are so much fun and you can make them SO colorful! I know you can do that regardless but sometimes depending on the pattern you don't want to use bright colors! However with all of her books - you want to have fun and use every color in your markers, crayons and/or color pencils!
