### ⭐ Disappointed, slow, laggy product

I recently bought Qubo door bell and have been using it since last one month. Here is my honest review. Cons 1. The doorbell is fixed in one direction and the angle of the camera cannot be changed once installed until you reinstall it 2. Even after having 300 mbps mesh connection in entire house and primary router placed 1 feet away from door, there is a huge lag on video call once the bell is pressed. 3. Even after picking up the call, there is around 20-40 sec lag before you see who is on the door. Overall once someone press the bell it will take around 1 min to just see who is on the door. This defeat the purpose because usually by the time video comes to my phone one of my family member already uses door peephole. 4. Now the problem doesn’t end here. Let’s say you are not at home and want to give certain instruction to delivery boy who is outside of your door. As I said there is a huge lag of 1-1.5 min before you even see who is outside of the door, there is another 30-60 sec lag before you could hear and add another 30 sec to it before you could speak. Add another 30 sec before your voice reaches delivery boy. Overall this device will take centuries before you could see and talk to someone outside of your door. 5. You need to buy the mandatory subscription of qubo to use this door bell Pro 1. Person detection and taking a snap automatically 2. Mark a dedicated/focus area for more sensitivity towards that particular area. 3. The camera lits up whenever detects a person, so the outsider knows they are under watch. Overall I would not recommend to buy this product.
