It has a proper steering mechanism - rather than handle directly attached to front axle, non puncture wheels, easily fold downable sides (to use as a table or seat) and due to woden slats on the sides, is easily customisable, as i have, in order to carry windsurf/SUP boards etc. See pic. The base is a firm metal mesh with a removable black thick plastic cover over. Took just over an hour to assemble, the instructions were reasonable, but it was easy to work out with pictures which bit went where. This a bit more expensive than most carts, but it's a quality product and should last rather longer than its predecessor which rusted in our salt laden air after a few years and didn't have the features mentioned above. Review: Schöner Gartenhelfer, wenig funktionell - Der Habau 515 ist ein sehr solide verarbeiteter Handwagen. Nach gut 60 min Aufbau mit einer insgesamt im Mittelfeld spielenden Aufbauanleitung konnte es losgehen. Der Wagen fährt sehr gut, lässt sich gut lenken und ist Dank der großen Räder ordentlich geländegängig. Er wirkt sehr robust und ich traue ihm einiges an Zuladung zu, auch wenn ich selbst noch nicht an die Grenze gegangen bin. Cool sind die einzeln klappbaren Seitenwände, das ist super, um Sachen ein- und auszuladen. Auch die Kinder lieben ihn, wir haben schon einige Spaziergänge damit bestritten. Der Wagen hat drei Mankos, mit denen ich leben kann, auch wenn man bei dem gehobenen Preis schon enttäuscht ist: - Der Wagen ist sehr schwer und bergauf muss man kräftig vorne arbeiten. - Die Metallverschlüsse der klappbaren Seitenteile rappeln beim Fahren sehr laut. - Die Lenkstange ist zu kurz. Ich bin 183 cm und die Vorderräder heben beim Laufen gerne mal ab. Das nervt schon erheblich und die Stange ist nicht leicht zu ersetzen. Hierfür habe ich auch den Stern abgezogen. **Nachtrag: Ich hatte oben angegeben, dass ich damit Leben kann, stimmt aber irgendwie nicht. Das klappernde, schwere Ding, das ständig vorne aufsteigt ist einfach eine Zumutung. Hinzu kommt, dass der Wagen einen hohen Schwerpunkt hat und bei der kleinsten Schieflage sofort umkippt. Die Kinder sind schon zwei Mal samt Wagen umgefallen.
