Update: maybe not broken? *by K***M on April 27, 2026* Update: both sides “snapped” so it makes me think this is intentional in its design. I got another two rollers out without snapping any tips and was able to put them in without breaking. It will be interesting to see if it’s supposed to pop open or not. Just set it up. Seems good. The rollers don’t spin well and are mildly uncomfortable without socks. They seem like they are easy to take out so I popped out the top one. Then when I went to put it back in, the tip snapped in half, I’m adding a picture. I hope customer service sees this so they can send me more of these rollers :) My main suggestion for this product would be to include extra bits, like 1-2 more knobs, and 1-3 more rollers. Rollers of different textures would be nice too. But I shook my leg on it like I do when I’m antsy and it didn’t move much. I like the short height because a regular step stool is too tall. I can’t wait to try this at work.
