It will leave a muffin top, so do pull it all the way up to your bra, if you have a short torso. The flatter end of the padding goes around the hip. The thicker end goes around the glutes. Do slide the thick end all the way down your panty insert for the most natural look. Adds 2 inches to my bottom. Just the right amount of curves I wanted.
