## Description

SaltyShrimp Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ has been specially developed for the keeping and breeding of bee, bumblebee and tiger shrimp. It is used for curing osmosis water, rainwater or fully desalinated water. With SaltyShrimp Bee Shrimp, the total hardness (°dH) is raised without significantly affecting the carbonate hardness (KH). This creates a habitat. by making soft water shrimp feel comfortable (ratio KH/°dH: 0.06/1.0). SaltyShrimp Beee Shrimp Mineral GH+ is very economical. With a conductance of +/- 200 microsiemens and approx. 6 °dH, the content is sufficient for salting 1530 litres of water. Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ only affects GH value, not pH. - Contents: 230 g (sufficient for approx. 1530 l). - Resealable screw box. - Measuring spoon included. Safety information in accordance with GHS. H319: Causes serious eye irritation. P261a: Avoid inhaling dust. P301+P330: if swallowed: rinse mouth. P305 + P351 + P338: In case of contact with eyes: rinse gently with water for several minutes. Review: Best for Caridina Shrimp - Living in Bearsden, Glasgow, UK the tap water is acidic (pH 6.4) and VERY soft, with negligible KH & GH. Thus, depending upon a tank's stocking, water has to be remineralised. Initially I used Seachem Equilibrium, but it later transpired that this is geared towards planted aquariums, and not those tanks which also house shrimp. It's at this point that I discovered Saltyshrimp. Since I'm stocking Caridina shrimp the GH+ version is the perfect remineraliser and my shrimp have benefited enormously since I made the switch.

A: Depends the gallons

**Q: Is this supposed to raise Ph as well? My Ph just went up after doing a water change with this.**
A: It depends, if you're using RO water and just add this directly, RO water has gH of 0 and kH 0 and adding this would ONLY raise gH. And having 0 as KH can cause Ph swings. That is probably why your pH went up. Most people use buffer substrate to keep the pH stable at 6.5

A: No, only raises GH
