It's mum's birthday this weekend so I'll update on what she thinks of it. Only given a one star at the moment as I don't know what it tastes like, so in fairness I can only go by the fact I asked if there was a lot of peel and most said it hadn't so I must have been unlucky with this jar. My mother got back to me today to say that this G&T marmalade is wonderful!
