Packaging needs work. *by N***I on 19 October 2020* I have tried many different types of syrups and flavoured coffees to get that delicious vanilla flavour in my coffee and this one is the best one by FAR. I add just under a teaspoon to my cup of coffee and it gives a lovely aroma off and beautiful taste. However, although I love this syrup there is one big problem for which I have taken off a star. The packaging. Why on earth would you deliver something in GLASS bottles without appropriate padding so that the bottles don't smash? My order arrived with 1 bottle completely smashed with the syrup all over the other bottles and leaked onto my kitchen floor leaving a sticky mess. I put in a complaint with Amazon and was refunded the full amount -which I wasn't expecting, I would have been ok with a partial refund. Thank you Amazon for that!
