I purchased this jack as I needed a low-profile jack for a 2015 BMW 428i convertible. Unfortunately, there is no information on this page identifying that the saddle is too small for german (BMW) lift adapters. I've looked all over and I cannot find a replacement saddle that fits on this jack without milling. If you're looking for a low-profile floor jack for a modern german car, do not buy the 2.5 ton model. You will regret it. Unfortunately, no suitable alternatives appear to come with a case, which I like all of my (bulkier) automotive kit to do.
