It is one of the better cold wraps that I've used and I've used a bunch of them. It's easy to insert the gel pack into the wrap and fairly easy to secure it to your lower leg although a little harder to get really tight than some other wraps that have a long elastic band attached to the wrap. The gel packs don't seem to be very full of the gel and it pays to spend a few minutes before the first use to equalize the gel in the 3 chambers. Even though they don't seem very full they do a pretty good job of cooling. The packs also seem much tougher than most gel packs so no worry about leaks with normal use.
