The only problem with barbecuing fish is that the fish skin burns and sticks to the grill.  The fish therefore not only looks very unappetizing but it takes forever to clean the barbecue grill.By using the fish grilling basket, the fish not only stays intact, but any cleaning that is required is confined to the fish basket and not the barbecue grill.  The basket can be left for a few minutes in hot soapy  later and then wiped clean with minimum effort.  A good buy.
