Review: Fits and works great. - Keep in mind I have not used it in an action setting, but I bought this in order to hold 52 mm diopters for better close focus. The filters screw on perfectly and securely. The mount slides on the ace pro with a small bit of clearance and then you tighten the set screw and it's on snug with ease. Your milage may very on durability, but I imagine it's much more durable than the 3D printed option being so metal with set screw and screw on filter holders. I wanted to write this review to let you know it fits and works great.
Review: Not the perfect fit but works if you are careful - I was not sure what to expect for how well the filter ring would fit but there is just a small screw (which no backing or padding) that is meant to hold it to the camera body, but without much recess around the square outside of the lens housing, it does not hold very well unless you do it up quite tightly, which will dig into the housing slightly. I think the design would have been better with some spring-loading and softer material inside the mounting square to allow it to fit more snugly to the camera without any chance for damage. Otherwise the ring itself is fairly solid, the included filter is clearly cheap quality, it does the job of protecting the lens but does cause glare artifacts in bright light. However the main point is the lens cap since otherwise there is no stock way to protect the camera lens when not in use - a huge oversight by Insta360 in my opinion. So that along makes it very worth the purchase.
