Just started using this new one this week. It’s charging but when I try and use it w anything other than plain water it only runs a few seconds and stops. Even protein powder in the mix does this. Very disappointed- I’ve owned multiple of these over the years and never had this happen w a new one. Did the plug in and hold the button to reset suggestion I found online and that didn’t help either. Just missed the return window unfortunately.
