Then you can undo the first two, and they will fit better. It took me an hour or two to put it together but I bet a man could do it in an hour or less. Directions were okay could be better. Extremely sturdy. I should have taken measurements though for the size I truly needed. It's too small to hold four 8 quart feed buckets on the top shelf.. The wheels- two swivel two not. Wish all four swiveled and at least one or two had brakes. I use this cart on dirt in and out of the barn I guess I should have been more careful about sealed wheel bearings.
