I did had a hard time with the sizing so I had to get in a different style . Very happy. I have some micro tears in my ligament in my heel thus need for long term /in house solution to support my arch and further injury. I stand for long periods cooking. The only traction issues I have had were on slick floors that were wet, or a sidewalk that was wet and algae covered. Even with those, I feel very confident walking in these, just extra careful and slow over wet spots on those types of surfaces.
