But once you get it set, it will produce really nice rounded edges. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cuts great, solid tool *by M***D on June 25, 2025* I honestly wasn't expecting much from this trimmer. I've tended to stick with the well known brands for leather tools because I've been bitten in the past. This thing, however is solid as a rock and cuts very well. I used it to make about 10 belts for friends and it still cuts great. It is a little fiddly to set the width since it can get skewed, but I just use a straight piece of the leather I plan to trim to set the gap. I would also recommend clamping it down to a work surface, but I've gotten away with not doing that.
