Finding one that was EWG Verified was important to me, and I also wanted something that was easy to reorder on Amazon without spending a fortune.Before this, we tried several other natural deodorants. Native left my daughter feeling itchy, Just Ingredients caused a rash, and while Tom's of Maine Free Style Wicked Cool worked well, I wasn't completely sold on the fragrance. This one has been the best fit for our family.My 10-year-old daughter has been using the Lavender scent, and my 9-year-old son has been using the Tea Tree scent. Both have been using them for about three months with the same results. We live in a warm climate, and my kids spend a lot of time outside riding bikes and playing. They each apply it once in the morning, and it keeps odor under control all day. Since it's a deodorant rather than an antiperspirant, I wasn't expecting it to stop sweating—just control odor—and it has done exactly that.Both sticks glide on smoothly without feeling sticky, waxy, or gritty. Neither has left white marks or stains on their clothes, and neither child has experienced itching, redness, or irritation.The Lavender scent smells like real lavender and is stronger right after application before becoming much more subtle throughout the day.
