Read the manual end to end before you start. That said, if you have a bed liner (truck came with drop in plastic liner) you will need do some trimming or modification to get the side rails to fit properly against the cab end of the bed. Leave every hand tight because you'll need to adjust the cover to make sure front and back (tailgate) are all sealed be rubber seals on cover. Did the install solo, and this can be a one person install, but a second pair of hands will make it easier and faster. Note the straps under the cover with the D-ring. They clip on to one of the tie down points on each side as a last point of safety if your main fastening points somehow come off. Overall its a quality product, fits well and looks great.
