Easy to cook and tastes great. It isn’t chalky or grainy textured. It is very similar to pasta. My son absolutely loves it. He has a grain allergy (FPIES) And he goes crazy for these!!! My first bag was fine - The pasta was a nice alternative to brown rice or other pastas. This time when I opened the bag I noticed a horrible smell coming from the pasta. I'm not sure what chemicals they used to process this batch, but it smells nothing natural like the previous batch did. I'm still airing out my apartment, as I went ahead and cooked the pasta hoping that it might still be good, but when I tasted it - I'm not sure what they've done to change it. KNOW - please go back to your previous processing methodology as I will never purchase any of these products again as long as they have this chemical smell associated with them.
