**Q: My question is specifically about BPA. Does the vinyl contain BPA?**
A: It may contain traces of BPA.

**Q: How do you inflate the pool? What liners work best?**
A: A traditional air pump like those used to inflate air mattresses will work well.  The custom La Bassine liner works best.

**Q: Can anyone give advice on emptying the pool after giving birth?**
A: You can use an electric drain pump connected to a drain hose to rapidly empty a birth pool.  You can also siphon the water out using a hose.

**Q: Does this have a US hose hook up?**
A: No, there is no hose connection.  The pool is filled by placing a hose over the top edge of the pool.

Quality pool for comfortable home birth experience. Recommend sanitizing, filling with air and water and testing ahead of time. Also recommend using a non-slip sanitized bathmat in the bottom of this pool.
