### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Le moulin Espresso parfait!

Livre dans sa malette de rangement/transport avec des accessoires, ce moulin était très attendu! Choisi afin de réaliser des espressi dans le style italien, son terrain de prédilection, avec l'espoir d'arriver enfin à un meilleur résultat en tasse, sans amertume excessive, de la rondeur, une belle texture sirupeuse, avec une meilleure régularité, le résultat dépasse largement les espérances..! En effet, après avoir effectué son calibrage à l'aide de vidéos et du manuel utilisateur, moulu de vieux grains afin d'effectuer un "rodage", en 2 essais j'ai déjà obtenu une tasse frôlant la perfection... En quelques jours j'ai affiné mon réglage et j'obtiens des tasses mémorables! Donc prise en mains très facile! La finesse de sa molette de réglage de la mouture est parfaite. J'espère que je n'aurai pas de problème avec la poignée comme tant d'autres, mais il semble que ce soit une mauvaise façon de tenir la poignée lors de la mouture, si je comprends bien et si c'est vraiment ça... Apparemment il faut bien appuyer avec la paume de la main en tournant, à voir donc. Sinon ce moulin est parfait jusque là même si ça ne fait pas longtemps que je l'utilise, il me permet un véritable bond qualitatif! Je le recommande!+++
