Unfortunately my local distributor stopped carrying them and I am forced to buy them on desertcart. It’s pribably a shipping issue, but every time I buy this product online, the powder-release cap does not work properly. It seems that the seal that holds the powder is broken or gets damaged during shipment. The cap must be beat to open it (I use the handle of a screw driver) and I must let the beverage sit upside down for a half hour before I can drink it. Nevertheless, some powder (in the form on small chunks) remains in the cap, so I am unable to get the full effect of the drink. I should note that I never have this issue with store-bought karma. It is a bummer that the desertcart version of this drinks is faulty when it arrives.
