Review: Spending Money to Polish Rocks I Found for Free - Bought rock tumbling grit because apparently regular dirt isn’t fancy enough for my rocks. Dumped it in, turned on the tumbler, and several weeks later my driveway rocks have better skin than I do. Works great, easy to use, and has me spending money to polish things I originally picked up for free. Five stars. Financially questionable hobby. Excellent grit. ## Features - HIGH QUALITY - 2 pounds of 120/220 Graded Silicon Carbide Grit (MEDIUM) - Use for smoothing rock surfaces after initial shaping (Step 2) - The rock tumbling grit is packaged in a wide-mouth container - Compatible with ANY BRAND OF Rock Tumbler - Purchase with confidence. Excellent grit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by N***E on 25 April 2024* I have this brand's grit for steps 1, 2 and 3, they all work great. I use this step to grit after about two weeks of step one. Depending on the material, I use this step two for anywhere from 7 to 14 days. It works well for evening out the rocks and getting them ready for a final step for before the end Polish. ## Frequently Bought Together - 5 lbs Tumbler Media Grit,Step 2 Rock Polishing Grit Media, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher,Medium 120/220 Silicon Carbide Grit, Step 2 for Tumbling Stones - Hiceeden 8 Pounds Rock Tumbling Filler Media, 1/5" x 2/5" Reusable Cylinder Ceramic Pellets Non-Abrasive for Rock Tumbler, Stone Polisher - 10 lbs Rock Tumbler Grit - Tumbler Media Grit,Rock Polishing Grit Media, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher,COARSE 60/90 Silicon Carbide Grit, Step 1 for Tumbling Stones --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/629433230-5-lbs-tumbler-media-grit-rock-polishing-grit-media-works](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/629433230-5-lbs-tumbler-media-grit-rock-polishing-grit-media-works) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
