Review: Works miracles...you will sleep like a baby - This is the only non-habit forming/ all natural pill that has worked for me. Infact it works miracles. I have been having sleep issues for the last 8 months due to a combination of multiple factors including covid, stress, anxiety, depression, body aches and loss of family. I did not want anything that is habit forming and addictive. So I researched online and found some natural remedies. I tried lavender candles & chamomile tea which relaxed me a bit but then I spent the whole night running to the bathroom. I tried Melatonin 10mg for over two weeks but it did not work for me. I tried ZZZquil which is basically Diphenhydramine HCI and that worked for the first few days and after that it would not work unless I doubled the dosage which I did not want to continue as I already have addiction issues. Finally after doing some more research online and reading about Valerian I gave this product a try as it also has Turmeric in there. I was not too optimistic but by god has this been the best product ever. I thought it would take atleast a week or so for my system to get used to it. But by day 2, I was sleeping like a baby. I take 2 pills 1 hour before bed and it truly works miracles. I sleep restfully through the night and I wake up refreshed without the groggy feeling from ZZZquil. I’ve been using this Valerian Root + Melatonin sleep aid for a few weeks, and my experience has been a bit mixed—but overall positive enough to give it 4 stars. On the nights when it works well, it really works. I fall asleep faster, feel more relaxed, and the combination of melatonin, L-theanine, and valerian seems thoughtfully formulated. I also like that it includes turmeric/curcumin, which feels like an added wellness bonus. That said, the results have been somewhat inconsistent for me. Some nights I notice a clear calming effect, while other nights it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. I haven’t quite figured out what affects that—timing, food, or just natural variability. I haven’t experienced any grogginess the next morning, which is a big plus, and the capsules are easy to take. Overall, a solid supplement with good ingredients that can be effective—but not perfectly reliable in my experience. Worth trying if you’re looking for a gentler, more natural sleep aid.
