I would recommend this book for any beauty student learning to use this equipment - it really goes into detail about how currents work, their measurements, contra-indications for each of the machines, and has very in-depth explanations on how they should be used and their effects. It includes High Frequency Facial machines (direct and indirect), Iontophoresis, Gyratory massage, faradic and galvanic body treatments, Infra-red heat lamps, sunbed, paraffin wax, and Vacuum Suction as a start. Without this book I would never have managed to complete my written work for my Body and Facial Electrical classes - it is an absolute gem, and I know ill be using it even more in the future. If you have a limited amount of money to spend on course material, I would highly recommend investing some of it in this book - it more than pays for itself, and is absolutely worth the money. I used it during my hnc last year and it is also coming in handy for my hnd this year. I would recomend anyone studyint this level to get a copy of this book as it will not only be useful while studying but also when out in industry as a reference tool I have to pay for my fees and was wondering if you would be able to tell me how I go about paying for them on a monthly basis as I dont want to have to pay it all in one lump sum.
