I use some that I have had for 5 years,and they are accurate( for a paper test strip). **Q: Anybody try measuring ph of coffee?** A: 4.8- 5.1 is the standard range for coffee **Q: Can i use these to measure 300 ppm?** A: I used to test pH of saliva... basic, neutral or acidic- pH range 1.0 - 9.0. And I mean, they work, but it’s truly hard to tell if the color on the strip is because of the acid or because of the color of the liquid (this was raspberry vinegar). Perhaps this is a problem with a strip and not some sort of device, but I found these to be more of a guessing game than I expected. Still I felt that the vinegar seemed alright (the strip didn’t turn blue) so I bottled it and went on to make delicious dressings. So these work but they are certainly more of a guessing game than I’d like.
