Had too keep changing pads. Sound is very tinny lacks bass instruction that come with it poor as too how to fix in ear and no instructions on charging. Not one of my better purchases on amazon. If you like a solid sound don’t get these I am surprised at over reviews so I can only say disappointed but be fair what do you exspect for twenty notes. My only niggleisthat the ear pieces are a little too big for me in that I have to keep relocating them. There are 3 sizes to fit all but I have exceptionally small ears and this is always a problem for me. This is my fault not the earpiece.
