I just had my 5th child, just like Amy the founder, and I got pregnant when I was 6 months post-partum with my 4th, so I still had a bunch of extra weight on. I am normally around 100-105lbs and I was at my largest I've ever been with this pregnancy. 182lbs when I went into labor, and I'm just over 2 weeks post-partum and have lost around 25lbs so far. We live a pretty natural lifestyle already (no drugs/meds, even during labor, gluten free diet, no HFCS, artificial food dyes, preservatives, no soda, no eating out, etc).I'm pretty active, exclusively breastfeeding (note: although nursing helps a lot of people lose their pregnancy weight, for me it only helps with a small amount at first and the rest takes months to go away), and I am also using a belly and hip wrap. Despite doing/using these things, I do really feel like the tea is helping. The taste is not the greatest in my opinion, BUT I am very picky when it comes to tea (I like to stick with my Red Rose).
