Not for newborns but for toddlers. It's perfect for my kids, and even the hubby and myself. We hold these and even use them ourselves. Throw these in the wash and the dryer and ofc like every cotton filled pillows they don't stay the same shape but they're very comfortable and. It's nice that they're malleable and we can usually just scrunch it or whatever to use for neck crook or whatever. Soft enough to use it without scrunching, it does a fabulous job for posture and those shoulder muscles if you're a side sleeper. Comfortable sleeping on your back too. We have like 8 of these.

They feel like they are half full. They are so flat. Now, I have no idea if that’s how a baby/toddler’s first pillow is supposed to be for a reason, but I just find these pillows to be too flat. I wouldn’t complain about it at all if my toddler was in love with them but I see on his baby camera that he uses a squishmallow for a pillow in lieu of this every now and then. He does like the pillow and he uses it every night, but it’s just so flat. I got these because the exterior was 100% cotton and I think overall they’re good, but they just seem like they should be a little fuller.

These pillows are the best, our grandson had these at his home and wanted to bring them everywhere. The family now has three sets for the parents home and both grandparents. The are very soft and comfortable and easy to clean

This pillow is no way 13 X 18. The cover is a very tiny 11 x 16 and then when it’s fluffed up it’s even smaller. As noted by other reviewers, it goes flat pretty much as soon as you use it. Not very useful.

These were the perfect size for my toddler, very easy to clean (machine washable, fluffs very nicely in the dryer, too!) And super soft and fluffy. Just wish they came in a queen size so I could have one too!
