Review: Junk drawer - This was the closest thing we could find for our needs. We use it in a junk drawer to organize all the bits - tacks, paper clips, pencils, etc. My only wish is that, in addition to the short slats, we could remove the long slats as well. We used a small rotary tool to remove them so that would could put bigger objects like notebooks and tape on one side. The reason we chose this organizer instead or just drawer dividers is because it’s easier to pack up and move (literally move houses - military)... or pull out of a drawer when working on projects. It’s a very sturdy container. It would be great for workshop knickknacks as I assume it is intended for.
