The best place to fit this massager in is the office chair or a chair that has long back rest. I like that the massager has a strap such that it could be fixed to the back rest of the chair. It comes with a seat cushion. It also comes with a removable back flap, and if you need a powerful and intense back and neck massage, leave the flap. You can turn on the back massager and neck massager in the meantime. However, I do not suggest you do that if you intend to have the neck and the lower back massaged at the same time because you need to rest your neck back such that it could massage your neck, but it will somehow lead you lower back away from the back massager. The back massager has both shiatsu and rolling functions. I found out that the shiatsu function is quite strong, as compared to the rolling, thus 99% of the time I use shiatsu. A good feature is that you could adjust both the neck and back massaging positions. I suggest turning on both heating feature and vibration feature when you have it shiatsu massage your back, which I found vey very helpful in relaxing your back.
