If you can get in front of the MAF sensor then yes, if you can't then no. Many MAF sensors are far back from the throttle body making it easy and many are near the entrance to the throttle body making it more difficult. **Q: Will this fix my bad throttle? My car doesnt drive smooth due to bad throttle and im not trying to spend couple hundred dollars.** A: If that is the problem, yes this is the perfect air intake throttle cleaner. Also check for leaked in your air conduits. My check engine light popped on pretty much immediately after using it and stayed on for, let's say up to 2 weeks...but, as some other reviewers said, it cleared itself and I've not had an issue since. I was really frustrated at first, too.
