Really, this does a good job a blending. The problems I have with it is the size (it is way too big to fit in a car cup holder unless you have Big Gulp sized cup holders). I know that sounds nitpicky, but I mainly use it while driving to or from the gym, so I basically can't use it at all. The biggest problem (for me) is how much water it holds. It is listed as 22oz, which sounds like it would be fine and could hold as much as a regular Blender Bottle type. Turns out that's not true. It would be fine if you only need it for 8oz or so of water for one scoop of preworkout or protein, but if you are the type that uses 2 scoops of protein with 16-18oz of water, this becomes unusable. There isn't enough/any space above the 18 oz line, so if you fill water to 18 oz, you won't be able to fit the powder in. Add to that the giant cyclone piece going down and displacing everything, and it can make a mess. For what I need a blender bottle for, I can't use this at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love my Cyclone Cup *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on 3 October 2017* I love my Cyclone Cup. I've bought multiples for myself and my girlfriend, and we both use them daily. The newer design is great in that it now includes an extra compartment for vitamins and pills. I've also found the newer design easier to clean as the shaker part can be easily removed and shake powder/liquid doesn't get easily stuck under it (unlike the old version with the rubber seal).
