I would be ecstatic if it lasted for 5 years! ### ⭐ Loose tolerances - It leaks between lid and pitcher *by T***Z on June 13, 2026* First thing I did was test this with water, and it fails, miserably. The pitcher and the lid are NOT manufactured to the same, tight tolerances as the brand name. And the lid is not made of the same, durable thickness or of the same, firm rubber material. It's thinner and plastic. Because of this looser and flimsier design, liquid easily gets slung out of the gap between the pitcher and the lid, unless, perhaps, you are forcefully holding the lid down while blending. Since this pitcher is intended for use with the T&G, which has a sound-reduction housing/cover, having to hold the lid down negates making use of the soundproofing cover.
