They are small, yet have so much power, I have noticed that the past few months, I've been needing to put my hair up because it's getting decently long!! I wear UV press on nails that I have to soak off, and when I take the false nails off, my nails any as brittle and damage as they normally are. There are little changes that I am seeing here and there and it is a wonderful thing to know that this works!! There is not taste and it's easy to sallow so no comment there! The texture of the pill is a pretty standard capsule, so if you have no problems with taking capsules, you'll have no issue getting this down. The ingredients are good! I like that I know what a lot of them are!
