I have been doing the eating plan for 4 weeks and have lost half a stone. I could be doing better with the exercise but fitting this in has proved tricky. The only thing I don't like about this book is that it could have done with a better proof read. There are a lot of inconsistencies in the text. For example in one recipe it makes no mention in the ingredients to have a red pepper but when you get to method one has been slipped in. Another recipe lists coconut flour then further down its now almond! Mixed nuts is referred to later as pecans. There are loads of errors like this. The eating plan part of the book is a bit hard to follow. I have had to put page markers to go back and fore through the book. Would have been better to create the layout around each week. The plan at the back helps a bit with this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great plan! *by M***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 March 2019* The book covers detox, meal plans, exercises and mindset work which is all part of the body rescue plan. If you want to get healthy and lose weight, this is the way to go. I feel great after 9 weeks and plan on continuing with a maintenance plan.
