I use it before derma rolling my face and sometimes in areas where I have stretch marks. It moisturizes really well and doesn't leave an icky feeling on my skin. I think I get the most benefit of it when I derma roll after moisturizing. My skin is so much brighter and smoother. I can't speak about wrinkles because knock on wood I don't have them yet but this is definitely a good prevention for it. I give it a 4 star since it don't have an SPF. My biggest problem with this cream is that it comes in a jar and not in a tube or pump. When you have a great product that is dispensed from a jar, it tends to become oxidized and loses it's stability over a short time. Opening and closing the jar allows air to touch the product, therefore most great products like yours may lose some of it's efficacy before the cream is completely used up.
