**Q: Does the bottom have a lip?**
A: Yes it does, I will add a picture to my review

**Q: Is there any way you can go inside the first cup tp decorate the inside cup?**
A: Unfortunately no.  The cups are sealed to keep water out.

**Q: Is the diameter 2.5 inches from top to bottom?   This is very important for my use.**
A: Yes

**Q: Are these good for making snow globe tumblers?**
A: I wouldn’t recommend these for that. When I tried, most ended up leaking between the walls at the top of the cup.
