Review: Wrist-cuffs for more comfortable weight-liftings. - Excellent item, very practice and comfortable on the wrists during exercises, specially on heavy-liftings. Review: Game changer....! - Excellent quality, true to the size stated, comfortable and make my "supine bench lateral raises" way better (no trap involvement), no concerns about where the hand is pointing, total game changer. Only thing a bit weird is the double steel triangle attachment points. I permanently attached a karabiner to keep the two parts together than just clip that karabiner to the gym one on the cable machine. ## Features - 【WRIST COMFORT AND PROTECTION】: 7mm Neoprene padding spreads the pull across your wrist instead of one spot - less rubbing, less pressure, comfortable right through heavy cable strength training. Supplied as a boxed pair. - 【ADJUSTABLE FIT, SIZE M OR L】: Strong hook and loop fastening tightens to your wrist in seconds - M (up to 16.5 cm) or L (16.5-19.5 cm), a snug hold without pinching that stays locked set after set. - 【DURABLE CONSTRUCTION】: Each cuff carries two reinforced triangle rings that clip onto any cable machine or functional trainer - stable under load, no slipping out mid-set. - 【MULTI-FUNCTION TRAINING】: Lateral raises, triceps pushdowns, cable curls and core twists - one pair covers your upper body cable training and lifts workout efficiency. - 【FOR MULTIPLE SETUPS】: Works with resistance bands, cable machines, functional trainers and other gym equipment - stretching and strength training at home or in the gym. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D1XS2F5C | | Best Sellers Rank | 5,658 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 25 in Exercise Machine Accessories | | Brand | J Bryant | | Brand Name | J Bryant | | Colour | black | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 356 Reviews | | Item Highlight | Lifting Cuffs, Gym Wrist Cuffs, Cable Cuff Attachment, Wrist Straps with Triangle Rings for Cable Machines, Lateral Raises | | Item Weight | 0.32 Kilograms | | Item weight | 0.32 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Ningbo Jiebi Tiyuyongpin Youxiangongsi | | Material | Polyester | | Number of Items | 2 | | Number of items | 2 | | Part Number | 260228 | | Size | size M | | Style | Modern | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** J Bryant - **Colour:** black - **Item weight:** 0.32 Kilograms - **Material:** Polyester - **Style:** Modern ## Images ![J Bryant Wrist Cuffs Gym for Cable Machine, Lateral Raise Gym Cuffs, 2 Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/719ljmrKr0L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wrist-cuffs for more comfortable weight-liftings. *by F***S on 23 May 2026* Excellent item, very practice and comfortable on the wrists during exercises, specially on heavy-liftings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game changer....! *by M***Y on 6 February 2026* Excellent quality, true to the size stated, comfortable and make my "supine bench lateral raises" way better (no trap involvement), no concerns about where the hand is pointing, total game changer. Only thing a bit weird is the double steel triangle attachment points. I permanently attached a karabiner to keep the two parts together than just clip that karabiner to the gym one on the cable machine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ comfy and eliminates unecessary fatigue/grip *by D***H on 17 September 2025* I've been using these J Bryant wrist straps for a few weeks now for my back and deadlift training, and I've got to say, they're a great tool for a science-based lifter. We all know that CNS fatigue from grip strength can be a major limiting factor, especially on heavy pulling movements. These straps do a fantastic job of taking that element out of the equation so you can focus on hitting the target muscle. The neoprene padding is definitely a standout feature. It's thick enough to provide a comfortable cushion against the bar's pressure, which btw lets you fully focus on the mind-muscle connection with your lats or traps instead of worrying about your grip failing on the last rep of a heavy set. They feel very secure once you're locked in, and the material seems durable. The reason I'm giving them a 4 out of 5 is a minor design issue. Tbh the triangular buckles, while they look cool, can sometimes get a little twisted and not distribute the load perfectly evenly if you're not careful with your setup. It's not a deal-breaker at all, and once you have it locked down, it's fine. It's just a small point of friction compared to other strap designs. Overall, these straps are a solid buy. They effectively eliminate grip as a bottleneck for heavy compound lifts, which is a key principle for hypertrophy and strength gains. They do exactly what they're supposed to do, and the minor design quirk is something you can easily work around. Shoutout to TNF and keenanmalroy reason i invested in these. ## Frequently Bought Together - J Bryant Neoprene Padded Wrist Straps with Adjustable Triangular Hook&Loop and Secure Cuff Design for Cable Machines Workouts Strength Training - BEAR GRIP Straps - Premium Neoprene Padded Heavy Duty Double Stitched Weight Lifting Gym Straps, Deadlift, Gym Accessories for Men and Women, Advanced Gel Grip, 100% cotton, Extra long length - BEAR GRIP Multi Grip Straps/Hooks, Premium Heavy duty weight lifting straps/gloves --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/631334251-j-bryant-wrist-cuffs-gym-for-cable-machine-lateral-raise](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/631334251-j-bryant-wrist-cuffs-gym-for-cable-machine-lateral-raise) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
