I always say these stories are the authors story to tell, we don't get to decide the ending. I base my reviews off of the delivery, the storyline, if it's unpredictable,is it entertaining, how well the story and dialogue flows and mostly how many moments I have. Well Portia brought out a lot of omg moments, I'm mad moments, aww noooo moments, lol I had all kind of moments. So even though that ending has me in tears and saying whyyyyyy, she told a good story. A lot of real-life situations taking place. The characters of Tameka, TJ and Craig are well-written and well-developed. I had previously read "It's Complicated" and enjoyed the good writing and easy reading of that book, which I also found in this Portia Cosby effort "Too Little, Too Late." Without giving away too much of the story, let's just say that the reader will never forget Tameka. The strong storyline and twists and turns won't allow me to forget her. ### ⭐⭐⭐ An Emotional Roller Coaster *by Y***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 11, 2012* Wow, a powerful story of Tameka and Alexis James. Two sisters who start off not knowing how they feel about each other, realize they can't live without each other; when a tragic event turns their lives upside down. It was very difficult for me to get through this book, the author did such an amazing job of taking us through these young ladies' journey, particularly Tameka. Portia took me on the ride of my life. She painted a picture so full of emotion and realism, that literally had to walk away and take deep breaths. In addition, the research that she obviously did on HIV was astounding. This book will have me thinking about my choices of the past, present and future for some time. Great Job Portia and I look forward to more frm you.
