I played around with it though and cut up some sautéed chicken breast (I’m not vegan), a tablespoon of peanut butter, splash of lime juice and a tsp of chili garlic and boom. The way i see it, it’s half done for you out of the packet, it’s low carb and if you add the chicken, you can even get some Protein out of the meal. I’ve found a way to make this taste delicious Review: Don't buy this. Yuck. - Gross flavor. Texture of noodles was ok which is the only positive thing I can say. tofu was not good, it was like overcooked eggs. I tried to season it with sesame and etc but no. I ate it, but it was how I would imagine jail food to be. For the price? No way! Don't do it. I am seriously obsessed with these noodles. I really didn’t find them rubbery at all, like I have found with the unprepared miracle noodles. These also don’t smell, which was another issue I had with the unprepared ones. The flavor isn’t quite Pad Thai, but I added some sriracha and teriyaki and it was delicious. I would love to see more Asian flavors, and maybe options without tofu.
