The Fitrope Excercise Battle Rope is an extremely versatile training rope designed to assist all levels achieve their fitness goals by providing a unique low-impact cardio and metabolic workout. Repeated fast rope wave action exercises improve upper-body muscular endurance while strengthening the whole body. Focus is on the core, the back and the shoulders and arms. Made from a heavy natural fibre rope. Available in a variety of sizes from 28mm diameter (rope thickness) to 36mm diameter. Lengths from 5m to 30m. Tough, well made and strong rubber end seals. Good customer service too. There were delivery issues through no fault of the manufacturer but I was updated at all times and issues resolved
