**Q: This product is not eligible for return. Why did you send a product on October 29th that is expiring on November 6th?**
A: I have also received product that is very close to the expiration date. It doesn’t matter what the seller said that the Farofa doesn’t go bad or not. You shouldn’t be selling expiring food.

**Q: How Do You Heat It Up?**
A: Not usually recommended  to heat up (microwave). But you can add pieces of bacon bites, Parmesan  cheese  , put in a small bowl and microwave...it will be tastier.

**Q: What are the ingredients (in English or Portuguese)?**
A: Manihot esculenta, commonly called cassava, manioc, or yuca, is a woody shrub of the spurge family, Euphorbiaceae, native to South America.

**Q: Do you have to keep it refrigerated before open?**
A: No. Neither before or after open.
