You can put a simple dressing underneath and then wrap Easyplaster around it. It doesn't block evaporation from the wound so it heals quite fast. Other reviews talk about limbs which I've not used it for but I imagine if used similarly it would be fine. The benefit of this product is that it's quick and easy and doesn't stick to the skin. This means it works well as bandage that goes under another bandage. For fingers this product under a rollable finger bandage is great. I can imagine it being similar for a limb wound. Treat it like an non adhesive bandage but better. Do you still need something else to stick it down.
