Weird, I know.. Little ice cubes don't last long when blanching vegetables, and I'm constantly replacing with cold water and more ice during the process, which slows me down. These ice bricks took forever to melt, kept the water cold, and helped me process my garden vegetables fast. I started making ice bricks with these molds about 5 days before, and just stacked the ice bricks in the freezer; way better than buying bags of ice. I had plenty of left over ice bricks after my veggie blanching extravaganza! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good molds *by T***R on December 20, 2025* Big and durable. I wouldn’t stack any of them on top of each other but they are pretty heavy when full so that makes sense. Huge blocks I use them to keep my water reservoir cold. Takes a few days to freeze fully.
