It removes all that 'yellow' look and adds just a hint of purple/blue to the grey. I've recommended it to many of my friends and clients (I'm a retired hair dresser) and I caution them to not use it every day but use it once a week to get rid of that 'yellow' tinge. On the days I don't use this, I do use a non-paraben shampoo (Aussie) to keep my hair in great condition. As a warning - if you use a shampoo/conditioner that contains methyl or poly paraben - folks, that's a wax that coats your hair resulting in lots of shine but heavy and not full bodied.
