Easy to use. All the parts are stainless steel minus the fruit roll tray which i do not use. Great size considering it’s all stainless steel parts. It’s about the size of an average microwave. I use it to make homemade dog treats (beef jerky, fish jerky, cookies, etc…) and this thing is perfect.
